Was dirty with motor oil as the BMW techs had a great idea to put the engine oil tank above it. What happens when trying to top up the oil, you spill some and it runs straight onto the rear strut. Great idea.
It seems to work fine with me but I am a bit of a light weight.
$3,000.00 plus new. Ouch.
In the third photo it shows where the clip broke marked in white outline. Cheap plastic.
