Single spark engine out of a 2001 BMW R1150R up to (10/2002). Looks like it will suit the R1150GS as well up to (10/2002) If unsure, check with your local dealer before purchasing.
Engine is in good running order. This engine started first go when It first came in and was started a number of times before the bike was dismantled.
The right rocker cover has road rash on it.
Bike had 56,000ks on it before parting out.
I was tempted to keep the bike it but it was a stat. write off.

I checked with the NSW RTA and there is no problems in fitting this motor into another bike.
The right rocker cover is damaged but didn’t affect the way the engine ran. The left rocker cover has some light scratches on it.
Comes as shown in the photos without fly wheel or running gear but does come with ignition trigger
